Runner, coach, community builder, and a big believer that movement belongs to EVERY body.

I'm a certified ultrarunning coach and strength coach through UESCA, an ultramarathon runner, and the founder of All Runners Belong. I'm also the founder of Winston-Salem Queer Run Club, owner of Sweat Sesh (an infrared sauna and cold plunge studio), and a strength and HIIT coach. Basically, if it involves movement, community, or a little bit of both, I'm probably in!

My relationship with running goes way back, but over the years it's become so much more than chasing finish lines. It's been a place to process grief, discover what I'm capable of, build friendships, and find a sense of belonging. From 50Ks to 50-milers and training for my first 100-mile race, I've learned that running has a way of teaching us just as much about ourselves as it does about endurance.

I started Winston-Salem Queer Run Club because I wanted to create the kind of space I believe everyone deserves: somewhere you can show up exactly as you are, regardless of your pace, experience, identity, or ability. That same belief is what inspired All Runners Belong.

My coaching philosophy is pretty simple: Meet people where they are, celebrate the little wins just as much as the big ones, and create training that works with a real life instead of against it.

Whether you're preparing for your first race, chasing a huge endurance goal, getting stronger, or simply trying to build a healthier relationship with movement, I'm here to cheer you on, challenge you, and remind you that you belong.
